Sales Terms and Conditions
- Terms: Net 30 days from date of invoice, upon credit approval. Orders will not be processed for overdue accounts. C.O.D. accounts will be processed through the normal UPS C.O.D. procedures. We also accept VISA, Master Card, GSA SmartPay, and American Express.
- Returns: Products that are shipped as ordered are subject to a ten (10%) percent restocking fee when returned.
- Freight: Shipments are F.O.B. Mishawaka, Indiana. Freight charges are prepaid and added to invoice. A handling charge is included in the freight charge. Shipments via UPS, FedEx, or ICC carriers unless otherwise specified. We ship ground service unless CUSTOMER REQUESTS otherwise.
- CLAIMS - When delivered to carrier, shipments become property of purchaser, inspect before you sign. Claims for shortage or improper fulfillment of orders MUST be made within two (2) weeks of delivery and you must notify your freight agent and request inspection. Claims of labor will not be allowed.
- No Minimum Order! Lockman Peck LLC continually tries to offer its customers the highest level of service in the industry. Please call us for any merchandise you may need regardless of quantity or cost.
- Special Orders: Our normal size units measure 39½, 45½, 75½, and 92 inches. Other sizes are available at an additional charge of $100.00
- Conditions of Sale: Customer agrees that all transactions with Automated Entrance, Inc. shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. Customer further agrees that any suit or proceeding in connection herewith may be brought only in the Circuit Court in St Joseph County, Indiana or Federal Court of the Northern District of Indiana; Customer hereby agrees to the jurisdiction of such Courts and agrees to accept service by certified mail in any such suit proceeding.
