Phone Product Support (not under warranty)

End user calls direct to factory

First call: free

Second call: free

Third call +: $50 minimum charge for first 15 minutes, $50 for each 15-minute increment

Payment by credit card at time of call.

Bench Labor

We can repair and rebuild most items we sell. Our bench charges are $50 per hour plus parts. One hour minimum. You must have an RMA number before we accept an item for repair.

Onsite Technical Support

Local Service Calls

$50 per hour from time of leaving factory and returning to factory, Monday through Friday.

$75 per hour for any time after 6 p.m. and on Saturdays.

$100 per hour on Sundays or holidays

Overnight Service calls

All documented expenses incurred to and from the job site plus a daily rate of $400 will be charged to the customer.
